These early-season blackberries have a deep and intense flavor. This jam features a wonderful wild foresty blackberry flavor with notes of spice. Our obsidian blackberry jam is more tart than our triple crown blackberry jam. We love this jam in Greek yogurt and on pancakes and with almond butter!
