We interrupt your regularly-scheduled single-varietal program for a jam made with FOUR varietals! I just couldn't resist layering the flavors, so here we have:
meyer lemon - floral, herbaceous, zesty!
grapefruit peel - the essence of savory grapefruit flavor, assertive bitterness!
lime peel - super bright floral tropical wonder!
valencia orange juice - luscious and fruity!

This is not a sweet cloying marmalade - in fact it's barely sweet, just sweet enough, every so lightly sweetened. It's a citrus pop with a tart start and slightly bitter finish.
