rich may PEACH jam
Super juicy and delicious peach jam! The rich may PEACH was bred in California over 30 years ago, which is a good clue as to why these peaches are so delicious. You see, back then peach varieties were selected for flavor (now, they're typically bred for sweetness...), so an older variety will usually be a more delicious variety. And when it comes to making jam, the older varieties also feature bright acidity, which is key!
It's a gorgeous and delicious jam. If you are missing our no-longer-in-production fantasia nectarine jam (we can't get those nectarines anymore because the farmer retired), this will be a very good replacement (I think it's even better than the fantasia nectarine jam).
Due to limited availability of fruit, we were only able to produce a small amount of this jam, hence the "LIMITED EDITION" label. Please note that LIMITED EDITION jams are only available from our website.
