lorna APRICOT jam

This is a tart and bright apricot jam! These apricots have a bit of peach in their lineage, and that peachiness lends a complex profile with aromas of cherry. The assertive tartness makes it a favorite apricot jam for savory applications (meat! cheese!). Our cheesemonger friends have a major jam crush on this one.

These apricots are organically grown in Live Oak, although they aren't certified (it's a small orchard - less than 30 trees, so the farmers didn't add it to their certification list).
