plenty spicy JALAPEÑO - $12 - our most popular jam
plenty spicy JALAPEÑO is our most popular jam. It’s spicier than other pepper jellies because we use the entire pepper, seeds and all! This results in a spicy-sweet and completely addictive jam with distinct jalapeño flavors.
This jam makes a fabulous appetizer paired with crackers and cream cheese (or any cheese, really). For a fancy party assemble each individual cracker and serve as hors d'oeuvres or an amuse buche. For a more casual party simply pour the jalapeño jam over a block of cream cheese with the crackers on the side, and let your guests serve themselves (and decide how spicy they want it).
plenty spicy JALAPEÑO jam also makes a great glaze for pork, and can kick up flavors for marinades, dressings, or even a grilled cheese sandwich!
made from: organic unrefined cane sugar, organic jalapeños and organic bell peppers (grown in Hollister, California), organic apple cider vinegar (grown in Sebastopol, California), fruit pectin. Nutrition Facts

pretty spicy FRESNO CHILI - $12 - 2013 Good Food Award Winner!
This is the red sibling to our green jalapeño jam. It's similar to the jalapeño jam in terms of heat, but has a fruitier, more rounded flavor. It's an especially pretty jam - when we have different jam samples for people to try, most will reach for this one first - it's shiny and red, a jewel of a jam.
Use this jam as you would the jalapeño jam - with cheeses and meats. Our current favorite way to eat it is in a sandwich with roasted kabocha squash and sharp cheddar cheese. You could also use both the red fresno chili jam and the green jalapeño jam to create a red-and-green jam appetizer for holiday parties.
made from: organic unrefined cane sugar, organic fresno chilies and organic bell peppers (grown in Hollister, California), organic apple cider vinegar (grown in Sebastopol, California), fruit pectin. Nutrition Facts
not too spicy HUNGARIAN PEPPER - $12 - limited edition
Our newest pepper jam is made with the yellow Hungarian pepper (also known as yellow hot pepper or Hungarian wax pepper). This jam is much milder in heat compared to our jalapeño jam, and features a sweet, rich pepper flavor. The deep yellow color is especially beautiful, and so very summery!
This pepper jam is great paired with cheese (cream cheese is a classic!) and meat (try it on a chicken sandwich!).
made from: organic unrefined cane sugar, organic hungarian peppers (grown in Hollister, California), organic apple cider vinegar (grown in Sebastopol, California), fruit pectin.

polka RASPBERRY - $12
This jam is bright and fruity, it tastes like garden-fresh raspberries warmed by the afternoon sun. We use fresh organic raspberries from Yerena Farm and prepare the jam in a way that retains the raspberries' fresh flavor.
Raspberry jam is great in jam tarts (pie crust + jam = can't go wrong), or sandwiched between butter cookies. Try it in a raspberry vinaigrette - mix raspberry jam + oil + vinegar - and serve over your greens of choice (especially good with spinach).
made from: organic polka raspberries (grown in Watsonville, California), organic unrefined cane sugar, fruit pectin. Nutrition Facts
ouachita BLACKBERRY - $12 - limited edition
There are hundreds of species of blackberries and we were thrilled to find the wild and spicy-tasting ouachita BLACKBERRY. Blackberries are full of vitamin C as well as being a good source of antioxidants, one type of which actually increases during the jam making production! So you can feel good when you mix this jam in to tangy greek yogurt (but it also tastes delicious spread over lemon pound cake).
This bright, flavorful jam is made from blackberries that are grown along the coast. The cool climate results in juicy, flavorful berries with bright acidity, reminiscent me of the wild blackberries that grow all over Northern California.
made from: ouachita blackberries (grown near Davis, California), organic unrefined cane sugar, fruit pectin.
triple crown BLACKBERRY - $12
A classic blackberry jam with earthy, spiced notes. This very fruity jam tastes like pie!
Pairs wonderfully with vanilla ice cream, plain yogurt, or a croissant. For savory pairings, try it with goat cheese, especially Humbolt Fog.
These blackberries are grown near Davis, California using organic methods, although they are not certified.
made from: triple crown blackberries (grown near Davis, California), organic unrefined cane sugar, fruit pectin.
TAYBERRY - $12 - limited edition
A cross between a raspberry and a blackberry, this jam has the best of both worlds: the bright tartness of raspberry and the warm, spiced, foresty sweetness of a blackberry, with a chocolaty finish.
The complex flavors of the tayberry jam are great with classic pairings. Try this jam with vanilla ice cream or on a warm buttered slice of toast.
made from: organic tayberries (grown in Watsonville, California), organic unrefined cane sugar, fruit pectin. Nutrition Facts
star BLUEBERRY - $12

seascape STRAWBERRY - $12
The seascape is a delicate dark-red strawberry with a complex and floral flavor. We turn the freshest organic seascape strawberries into a well-balanced strawberry jam that’s not-too-sweet and wonderfully flavorful.
You know what to do with strawberry jam, but if you run out of ideas, try it on an almond butter + jam sandwich or use it for a strawberry shortcake: make buttermilk biscuits, top with jam and a dollop of whipped cream.
made from: organic seascape strawberries (grown in Watsonville, California), organic unrefined cane sugar, fruit pectin. Nutrition Facts

albion STRAWBERRY - $12 limited edition *kids' favorite!
A classic-tasting strawberry jam featuring big, bold strawberry flavors. Because the albion strawberry has a firmer flesh than the seascape, this jam has more distinct fruit chunks.
This jam is really good stirred into yogurt or oatmeal.
made from: organic albion strawberries (grown in Watsonville, California), organic unrefined cane sugar, fruit pectin. Nutrition Facts
flavor king PLUOT - $12
A unique California fruit, the flavor king pluot is a cross between a plum and an apricot. We get our organic pluots from Kashiwase Farm which is located in Winton - not far from where the first flavor king pluot was born!
This superb varietal has the perfumed, floral brightness of a plum and the nectary sweetness of an apricot. The complexity and depth of flavor of this fruit is astounding and lingers on the palate.
This deep, sultry jam is wonderful stirred into Greek yogurt or baked into a tart.
made from: organic flavor king pluots (grown in Winton, California), organic unrefined cane sugar, fruit pectin. Nutrition Facts
flavorfall PLUOT - $12
A cross between a plum and an apricot, this pluot jam features classic plum flavors with a hint of nectary apricot. This is the last pluot harvested in the season, hence its "fall" name, and is a lovely orange-red-burgundy color.
This is the most versatile of our pluot jams - great in sweet as well as savory applications, we especially like this one paired with hard cheeses. The firm texture of this pluot means there are lots of fruit chunks in this jam!
made from: organic flavorfall pluots (grown in Winton, California), organic unrefined cane sugar, fruit pectin. Nutrition Facts
lorna APRICOT - $12 - limited edition
Out of Stock until mid-June 2013 - if you would like to be notified as soon as the lorna APRICOT is available please email orders@innajam.com.
These apricots have a bit of peach in their lineage, and that peachiness lends a deep, warm, spicy flavor and a complex profile with aromas of cherry. A favorite apricot jam for savory applications (meat! cheese!). Our cheesemonger friends have a major jam crush on this one.
These apricots are organicaly grown in Gridley, although they aren't certified (it's a small orchard - less than 30 trees, so the farmers didn't add it to their certification list).
made from: lorna apricots (grown in Gridley, California), organic unrefined cane sugar, fruit pectin.
royal blenheim APRICOT - $12
Made from the royal blenheim varietal - a richly flavored apricot that's considered the "king" of apricots - this jam is nectary and heady, a classic-tasting apricot jam. If you could contain summer in a single spoonful, this is it. Although the royal blenheim varietal was grown widely in Northern California since the early 1900s (Silicon Valley used to be apricot orchards), it's now become a rare fruit due to it's fragile nature (which makes it difficult to distribute fresh) and disappearing farmlands. Our royal blenheim apricots are grown in Gilroy.
Each jar of INNA royal blenheim APRICOT jam contains 75% fruit! Because these apricots are so naturally sweet we don't have to add much sugar to turn them into jam.
made from: sustainably-grown royal blenheim apricots (grown in Gilroy, California), organic unrefined cane sugar, fruit pectin.Nutrition Facts
satsuma PLUM - $12 - limited edition
An heirloom plum that has been grown in California for over 100 years, the satsuma plum (much like another favorite of ours, the santa rosa) is a cross between Japanese, Chinese, and wild American plums.
Luther Burbank crossed these plums at the turn of the century. The Japanese plum parents contributed size, flavor, and color (Burbank loved the red fleshed plum), the Chinese plum parents contributed firmness and acidity (we love the tartness for our jams), and the American plum parents contributed disease resistance and aromatic qualities (that floral, in-your-nose plum essence).
This California-bred plum cultivar does very well in our unique climate, but like many other fruit that are grown here, isn’t well suited to any other place in the world (aside from parts of Chile and Italy that have a similar climate).
made from: organic satsuma plums (grown in Capay, California), organic unrefined cane sugar, fruit pectin.
meyer LEMON - $12
A bright spot in the heart of winter, meyer lemons are sweeter and more floral than traditional lemons. Our jam is a balance between the wonderfully tart lemony bite, the bitter tinge distinctive of citrus marmalades, and the luscious sweetness (but not-too-sweet) typical of our jams.
The fruit we know as the Meyer lemon was brought to California at the turn of the 20th century from China where it was prized for its looks and used as a decorative houseplant. Luckily someone decided to peel one open so that we can enjoy this slightly sweet and slightly sour gem.
Bitterness level = mild
made from: organic meyer lemons (grown in Capay, California), organic unrefined cane sugar, water
POMERINE - $12 - limited edition
We got this unique fruit from a local farmer who'se son crossed a pomelo and a tangerine, resulting in this still unnamed variety. We decided to call it a "pomerine" since it's half POMelo and half tangERINE.
This jam has a soft, spoonable set (perfect for topping pancakes or waffles, or stirring into yogurt), and tastes like both a tangerine and a pomelo!
Bitterness level = mild
made from: organic pomerines (a pomelo-tangerine cross) (grown in Orland, California), organic unrefined cane sugar
ruby GRAPEFRUIT - $12 - limited edition
Our favorite winter fruit, jammified! This jam tastes like intense grapefruits and candied grapefruit peel.
This jam has a firm set, perfect for putting inside a sandwich - it won't squish out!
Personally, I can't wait to try mixing this grapefruit jam into dark chocolate truffles. I'll report back as soon as I do!
Bitterness level = medium
made from: organic grapefruits (grown in Gridley, California), organic unrefined cane sugar
black mission FIG - $12 - limited edition
The black mission fig was first introduced to California in 1768 when Franciscan missionaries planted it in San Diego. Eventually, it made its way up the coast and has been cultivated here ever since. This not-too-sweet jam tastes like fresh, perfectly ripe figs - with notes of floral honey and an earthy undertone.
Did you know that almost all commercial fig jams are made from dried figs? We prefer to use only fresh, organic, ripe figs for our jam - they’re an extraordinarily delicate fruit, but we think it’s well worth it! Our fig jam pairs wonderfully with prosciutto and soft goat cheese- try baking it in puff pasty with chèvre!
made from: organic black mission figs (grown near Chowchilla, California), organic unrefined cane sugar, organic apple cider vinegar (grown in Sebastopol, California).
pink lady APPLE - $12 - limited edition *kids' favorite!
This kids' favorite apple butter is made from the Pink Lady apple - a cross of the Lady Williams (an Australian apple) with the Golden Delicious (an American classic). We love the tart flavor of this apple, which is great for snacking, baking, and of course - jam! We cook the apples down over the course of two days to achieve a smooth, buttery consistency (it results in what's traditionally called "apple butter"). But unlike traditional apple butters, we don't add any spices to this jam - these phenomenal apples have a wonderfully complex flavor all on their own.
The quintessential flavor of fall, we are putting our pink lady APPLE jam on oatmeal almost daily. It would also be a great addition to flaky pastries, vanilla ice cream, or pork chops.
made from: organic pink lady apples (grown in Linden, California), organic unrefined cane sugar.
QUINCE - $12 - limited edition
Quince is a historic fruit that transforms almost miraculously when made into a jam. Hours of slow cooking turn the white fruit into a a luscious vermilion color and concentrate the flavors - the jam tastes intensely of pears and roses.
Our quince jam is bright and spreadable and pairs perfectly with salty hard cheese like a Spanish manchego. Quince is also a great accompaniment to apples - try adding a layer of quince jam to your apple tart!
made from: organic quince (grown in Portola Valley, California), organic unrefined cane sugar.
hayward KIWI - $12 - limited edition *kids' favorite!
The hayward kiwi jam is reminiscent of a tropical cocktail with pineapple tones. It’s especially beautiful, with its black seeds suspended in the bright green jam.
The subtle flavors of this jam lend itself nicely to simple pairings stirred into oatmeal or muesli, on top of homemade waffles, and layered in a vanilla cake.
Did you know that the kiwi was originally called the Chinese gooseberry? Native to Southern China, cultivation spread to New Zealand early in the 20th century. By mid-century it was grown commercially for export and renamed by enterprising New Zealanders as “kiwifruit.”
made from: organic kiwis (grown in Gridley, California), organic unrefined cane sugar, fruit pectin.
