plenty spicy JALAPEÑO
plenty spicy JALAPEÑO is our most popular jam. It’s spicier than other pepper jellies because we use the entire pepper, seeds and all! This results in a spicy-sweet and completely addictive jam with distinct jalapeño flavors.
This jam makes a fabulous appetizer paired with crackers and cream cheese (or any cheese, really). For a fancy party assemble each individual cracker and serve as hors d'oeuvres or an amuse buche. For a more casual party simply pour the jalapeño jam over a block of cream cheese with the crackers on the side, and let your guests serve themselves (and decide how spicy they want it).
plenty spicy JALAPEÑO jam also makes a great glaze for pork, and can kick up flavors for marinades, dressings, or even a grilled cheese sandwich!

pretty spicy FRESNO CHILI
This is the red sibling to our green jalapeño jam. It's similar to the jalapeño jam in terms of heat, but has a fruitier, more rounded flavor.
It's an especially pretty jam - when we have different jam samples for people to try, most will reach for this one first - it's shiny and red, a jewel of a jam.
Use this jam as you would the jalapeño jam - with cheeses and meats. Our current favorite way to eat it is in a sandwich with roasted kabocha squash and sharp cheddar cheese. You could also use both the red fresno chili jam and the green jalapeño jam to create a red-and-green jam appetizer for holiday parties.

santa rosa PLUM [limited edition]
We use a combination of soft-ripe and firm-ripe santa rosa plums to give this jam its balance of floral, amaretto flavors with a tart, spicy finish. Try this versatile jam in sweet (on a galette, topping a cheesecake) or savory dishes (served with pork chops, paired with sharp cheese).
The santa rosa plum was bred by Luther Burbank in the early 1900s. He introduced this cross between a wild american plum, japanese plum, and the apricot plum in 1907 as part of his pursuit to breed the “ideal plum.”

flavor king PLUOT
The flavor king is one of the earliest pluots bred by the Zaigers, who developed the pluot by crossing plums and apricots over several generations of fruit in their experimental orchard in Modesto. We get our organic pluots from Kashiwase Farm which is located in Winton - not far from where the first flavor king pluot was born!
This superb varietal has the floral brightness of a plum and the nectary sweetness of an apricot. The complexity and depth of flavor of this fruit is astounding and lingers on the palate.
This deep, sultry jam is wonderful stirred into Greek yogurt or baked into a tart.

TAYBERRY
A cross between a raspberry and a blackberry, this jam has the best of both worlds: the bright tartness of raspberry and the warm, spiced, foresty sweetness of a blackberry, with a chocolaty finish.
The complex flavors of the tayberry jam are great with classic pairings. Try this jam with vanilla ice cream or on a warm buttered slice of toast.

marion BLACKBERRY [limited edition]
This jam’s pure and classic blackberry flavors remind me of late summers at the Russian River, picking wild blackberries along the river’s edge in the warm afternoon. This particular varietal, the marion blackberry, is prized for its complexity of flavor.
Pairs wonderfully with vanilla ice cream, plain yogurt, or a croissant.

royal blenheim APRICOT
Made from the royal blenheim varietal - a deeply flavored apricot that's considered the "king" of apricots - this jam is nectary and heady. If you could contain summer in a single spoonful, this is it. Although the royal blenheim varietal was grown widely in Northern California since the early 1900s (Silicon Valley used to be apricot orchards), it's now become a rare fruit due to it's fragile nature (which makes it difficult to distribute fresh) and disappearing farmlands. Our royal blenheim apricots are grown in Gilroy.
Each jar of INNA royal blenheim APRICOT jam contains 75% fruit! Because these apricots are so naturally sweet we don't have to add much sugar to turn them into jam.

star BLUEBERRY
Made from blueberries grown organically in the fertile delta. These berries are phenomenal - a perfect balance of sweet and tart. The jam we make from them is full of whole blueberries and not too sweet - simple, heavenly.
This jam pairs wonderfully with pancakes, english muffins, and shortcakes. It tastes like pie!

polka RASPBERRY
This jam is bright and fruity, a burst of tart-and-sweet classic raspberry flavors with floral violet tones. We use fresh organic raspberries from Yerena Farm and prepare the jam in a way that retains the raspberries' fresh flavor.
Raspberry jam is great in jam tarts (pie crust + jam = can't go wrong), or sandwiched between butter cookies. Try it in a raspberry vinaigrette - mix raspberry jam + oil + vinegar - and serve over your greens of choice (especially good with spinach).

seascape STRAWBERRY
The seascape is a delicate dark-red strawberry with a complex and floral flavor. We turn the freshest organic seascape strawberries into a well-balanced strawberry jam that’s not-too-sweet and wonderfully flavorful.
You know what to do with strawberry jam, but if you run out of ideas, try it on an almond butter + jam sandwich or use it for a strawberry shortcake: make buttermilk biscuits, top with jam and a dollop of whipped cream.

albion STRAWBERRY
A classic-tasting strawberry jam featuring big, bold strawberry flavors. Because the albion strawberry has a firmer flesh than the seascape, this jam has more distinct fruit chunks.
This jam is really good stirred into yogurt or oatmeal.
