plenty spicy JALAPEÑO INNA jam + cream cheese on crackers

Jalapeño jam on a cracker with cream cheese is actually how this whole INNA thing started. A few years back I went to some friends’ house for Thanksgiving, and they were serving these as an appetizer. I really liked these jalapeño toasts. I mean, really liked them, and I proceeded to eat so many little crackers with cream cheese and jalapeño jam that by the time Thanksgiving dinner came around, I wasn’t hungry anymore.

Not surprisingly, jalapeño jam continues to be the most popular thing we make, and serving it on a cracker with cream cheese is super easy, and always a huge hit. Especially at parties.

Ingredients

  • crackers or melba toasts or baguette slices
  • cream cheese
  • plenty spicy JALAPEÑO jam

option 1: [high-maintenance]

  • Spread some cream cheese on the crackers.
  • dollop a bit of JALAPEÑO INNA jam on top of the cream cheese.
  • Repeat.

option 2: [low-maintenance]

  • place a block of cream cheese on a plate.
  • pour JALAPEÑO INNA jam on top of the cream cheese.
  • serve with crackers on the side.
